A Dazzling Urban Experience

Today, as I walk through the double doors at SilveryBlue Butterfly Salon, Spa & Boutique, I feel tired, frustrated and excited all at the same time. I’m feeling the need for some pampering and to retreat from my life just for a short time. This is the perfect place to do just that.
First I slip into a comfy robe and slippers. Then I sit and watch the tropical fish in the enormous tank lazily swim by. Next I move to do some retail therapy in the adjoining boutique. There are so many beautiful products and dazzling things that I truly don’t know where to start.
The architecture is unique with a European flair. It makes me feel as though I have gone to Italy for the day. The high ceilings are grand and the entire spa feels roomy and not at all crowded.
Lying in the warmed treatment room with the lights dimmed and soft music playing, I am somewhat anxious, but I am quickly put at ease by the magic hands of my esthetician as she begins my SilveryBlue Signature Face and Body Treatment. She starts my 120 minute escape with an exfoliation from French Trésor de la Mer Body Treatment. I feel pampered from head to toe as I get a combination of two luxurious treatments all in one.
After my exfoliation I am slathered with a warm detoxifying mixture and wrapped while I get a facial using the Swiss Customized line. The extra time needed for the wrap means I get those extra touches, like having my eyebrows re-shaped. I am feeling totally relaxed and like a celebrity with all this attention. After the facial I get unwrapped and enjoy a soak in the hydrotherapy tub. True luxury! I am a changed woman.
The spa is very excited to announce their latest service, the Express Pedicure Lounge, where you can get a speedy treatment and be in and out in twenty five minutes. That fits anyone’s schedule! I am also told that SilveryBlue Butterfly is launching an online Product Prescription program that will allow spa guests to purchase products used during their treatments long after they get home.
It’s this attention to detail that has me wanting more. I can’t wait to tell my husband what he is buying me for my birthday!
