Mackenzie and I wanted to thank-you for the opportunity to tell Mackenzie's story (Spa Life Spring 2009). The Mosaic Spa in Fergus, Ontario was amazing and so were the employees involved in the evening. I was very touched by their kind words and support and I would definitely visit and recommend Mosaic Spa to my friends and family.
Sincerely,
Mackenzie and Allison Q.
Dear Mary,
I wanted to send you a quick (and belated) thank you for the article (Spa Life Spring 2009). It was our pleasure to honour and pamper Kim and Mackenzie who have both overcome great and physical obstacles. WE had a fun and inspiring evening in their presence.
Thanks again for the opportunity!
Sue W. of Mosaic Spa
I am writing to seek your expert opinion! In a nutshell, I am trained as a literature major, a journalist, a photographer and an aesthetician. Over the course of my 32-year journey I have taken very good care of myself, as well as taken many risks and gone on many adventures. But I have yet to take a risky, adventurous career path. I am attempting to fuse my training, talents and interests together to finally find a job I will love. I would love to hear back from you with your expert opinion on how to become a spa (travel) writer and if perhaps you are currently seeking new talent for, or help with, the Spalife community? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
All the best,
Christina G.
Hi there from what many call the Great White North!
Just wanted to let you know what a great magazine you have. I have been receiving it for a while now and look forward to reading it regularly. The articles and features are very informative. The magazine is well thought out and very nicely put together. I operate a 2400 sq. ft. hotel day-spa in Sault Ste Marie, and will be opening another location in the next few months. Despite the economy, business has continued to be steady. Spa owners need to remember the first things they were taught when they got into this service industry, that being, " Customer Service "! Clients need, more than ever, to de-stress and unwind, a trip to the Spa where they are pampered and treated like gold. Treat them right and despite the times, they'll tell someone, and come back.
Keep up the good work,
Brad C. of The Greenhouse Spa
